TX3T (tx3t.com) sells AI software, digital products, and AI implementation services. This policy covers what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — name, business, email, optional mobile number, and the problem description you submit, so we can research it and reply.
• Purchase details — when you buy, Stripe processes the payment. We receive your email and order details to deliver the product and provide support. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical logs — standard server data such as IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention. If you opt in to text messages, we also record the time, page, and consent wording, as proof of consent.

What we do with it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, deliver what you bought, and provide support. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Text messages

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing purposes. If you opt in to texts, your number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message for us. You can reply STOP at any time. See our SMS Terms.

What we never do

We do not sell personal information.

Retention and removal

We keep enquiry and order records as long as needed to support you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. To request access to your data or its deletion, email support@tx3t.com.

Processors we use

Stripe (payments), our website host, and our messaging provider. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
